FRESHMAN HEAD COACH - ADAM ENTREKIN
This is Coach Adam Entrekin’s fourth year at Sparkman High School. Coach “E” has previously coached at Jeff Davis High School in Montgomery and Grissom High School in Huntsville as a varsity offensive and defensive line coach. Coach E graduated from Auburn University in 2002 with a degree in mass communication and worked in journalism, radio and ad sales before deciding to teach and coach. He earned a master’s
degree in education from Alabama State University in 2011.
DEFENSIVE COORDINATOR - GLENN PETTUS
Coach Glenn Pettus graduated from Robert E. Lee High School in Montgomery, Alabama in 1991. He received a bachelor’s degree in business management and master’s in business administration with a concentration in logistics from Alabama A&M University. Coach Pettus played tight end for Alabama A&M from 1991-1994. He also was a pitcher for the Bulldogs baseball team from 1992-1993. He is married to the former Tamara Jenkins of Huntsville and they have three children: Makayla, Dell
and Micah.
OFFENSIVE LINE - WILL BISHOP
Coach Bishop graduated from the University of North Alabama with a degree in Secondary Education. He teaches 11th grade History and is honored to be a part of the Sparkman family.
