Coach Gossett is in his first year with the Senators and his 6th season in coaching. He will be coaching Tight Ends and Special Teams and teaching US Government. A graduate of Grissom High School and Vanderbilt University, Coach Gossett got his start in football working in the video department for Vanderbilt football as an undergraduate. He spent three seasons coaching freshman and varsity football at Hendersonville High School in Tennessee. Following his time in Tennessee, Coach Gossett spent one season working as a player personnel and operations Graduate Assistant at Carthage College in Kenosha, WI. In 2022, he returned home to Huntsville to coach track and football at Mountain Gap middle school, leading the football team in 2023 to their winningest season in over a decade. Coach Gossett recently became engaged to his fiance Sarah, who is a fellow Madison County teacher.
